De Halve Maan Brewery is a centuries-old beer-maker that dates back to the 1500's and today is the only brewery remaining within the city centre of Bruges, Belgium.  The problem with this is that while the beer is brewed in the city, it is bottled two miles away, and moving a delivery truck through Bruges' ancient passageways is far from easy.  The solution: a beer pipeline that will soon move the brewery's beer at a speed of more than 1,000 gallons/hour from brewery to bottler with those above it none-the-wiser.  Genius.
