Education Perfect is a global digital education platform designed to support teachers and students by streamlining lesson planning, assessment, and personalised learning.

The brand’s existing positioning leaned heavily on its functional capabilities, but it lacked a strong emotional connection with its core audience, educators. The challenge was to create a brand that would resonate deeply with teachers and stand out in a category that looks, sounds and promises the same.



Education is evolving rapidly, but teachers continue to face systemic challenges, including administrative overload, growing class sizes, and diverse student needs. Our objective was to reposition EP as more than just a tool; it needed to be an ally to educators, helping them scale their impact on their students while reducing friction in their daily workload.



The brand strategy centred around the idea that EP exists to help every teacher help every student progress, in short to help teachers amplify their impact. This brand idea was born of three unique truths fundamental to the business.

Personalised learning at scale – EP provides adaptable learning pathways that cater to individual student progress, ensuring no student is left behind or held back.

An enabler for teachers – EP massively reduces the administrative burden so teachers can focus on meaningful instruction that only they can provide.

A trusted partner in education – EP isn’t just a tech provider; it’s an advocate for educators and a champion of progress in learning. It’s passionate about progress in education.

This shift in positioning reframed EP as a human-centric brand, moving from a posture of a technology company to a brand that deeply values and supports the role of teachers.

The visual identity captures the intersection of education, progress, and human impact. We achieved an identity that takes EP from being a generic tech brand to an education brand.

The new brand system redefined EP’s voice in the education space. It positioned EP as an active force in shaping the future of education, not just by providing tools, but by supporting, advocating for, and amplifying the work of educators. The outcome is a brand that doesn’t just communicate what EP does, but why it matters.
