Nibblish

Nibblish began as a humble kitchen operation in Hawke's Bay, making fruit snacks that were genuinely good for you and tasted great. When the next stage of growth called for a brand as good as the product, we helped the team find a bigger idea than healthy snacking. The result was Nibblish reborn as a nourishment brand, with a platform built to stretch.

The Problem
Nibblish had done a lot right. Sold across New Zealand and Australia, its 100% fruit snacks had won loyal repeat customers and packaging that people knew and loved. But the brand's equity lived mostly on the shelf, and the ambition was bigger: to stretch across kids and adults, from better-for-you to permissible indulgence. Nibblish needed to turn a great product into a great brand.

The healthy snacking category is stuck in a paradox where “good for you” rarely feels good. Every brand shouts some version of "we're tasty too!", while shoppers quietly weigh short-term satisfaction against long-term sacrifice. Nibblish outperformed on every rational measure, from 100% fruit to ethical sourcing to gentle baking, but it lacked the emotional pull to match. The real challenge wasn't proving Nibblish was the better choice. It was building a brand that felt as good as it is.
The Idea
The unlock for us was a shift in posture. Rather than competing as the healthy alternative, Nibblish could lead as a nourishment brand. Nourishment reframes the moment of choice, turning "I should be healthy" into "I'm choosing to look after myself", and a small act of restraint into a small act of vitality. It became the organising concept for the whole business, expressed in the brand platform: Nourish your life. A call to make the choices that fill your cup, and a mission that runs deeper than the pack, transforming snacking with nourishment from fruit source to community impact.

The identity captures a sense of nourishment and empowered choice, reflecting the brand's evolution from a kids' favourite to one adults reach for too. The mark is bold, punchy and delicious, rooted in the food and snack world, while subtle detailing in the letterforms gives it a bouncy, squishy, irresistible quality. The palette pairs natural warmth with vibrant energy, drawing on the richness of the fruit itself to feel fresh, wholesome and full of life.
The Campaign
"Nourish the Now" launched the platform with a simple truth: people wait for the right moment to look after themselves, but life rarely provides one. Shot entirely from inside the Nibblish pack, the film drops the viewer into the unfiltered moments where a feel-good snack naturally fits, from kids' birthday parties to mid-hike breaks to quiet couch nights. Backgrounds change and moods shift, but the instinct stays the same. Wherever life happens, you can nourish it.

Built around nourishment as a mindset, Nibblish is now grounded in an expansive but singular platform, with room to grow across products, audiences and occasions. Nourish your life captures something simple and true, doing something good for yourself should feel good too.
